Lead US Accounting. Operate at a Global Standard.

• MAVI is building a high-performance global finance network — embedding senior accounting leaders across LATAM directly into US leadership teams.
• We are hiring experienced US Accounting Managers who are ready to operate as trusted finance partners to US CFOs and Controllers — owning close cycles, financial reporting, and operational excellence.

The Opportunity

You will serve as a direct extension of a US finance team, leading month-end close and overseeing reporting accuracy for high-growth and mid-market US companies.

What You Will Own

• Lead and manage full month-end close under US GAAP
• Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting packages
• Ensure financial statements are accurate and timely
• Supervise and guide accounting team members
• Interface directly with US Controllers and CFOs
• Strengthen reporting frameworks and internal controls
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 6–8+ years of US GAAP accounting experience
• Demonstrated leadership of close cycles
• Experience managing or mentoring accounting teams
• Strong financial reporting and GL expertise
• Experience working directly with US stakeholders
• ERP exposure (NetSuite preferred)
• Strong professional English communication
