Carepod is a growing premium humidifier brand operating in the US, Canada, and Australia . We’re looking for an AI Automation Specialist to eliminate manual work and build smart, reliable workflows across the business.

• Build AI-powered automations for marketing, operation, CS, and reporting system throughout company
• Connect tools like Shopify, Asana, Google Workspace, Zendesk
• Design workflows using Zapier / Make / n8n + LLMs like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc
• Identify inefficiencies and turn them into systems

• 3+ years in automation / ops / systems roles
• Hands-on experience with no-code / low-code tools
• Strong business process thinking
• Clear English communication
• Bonus: ecommerce, Python, security-minded builds
