Tax Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Tax Analyst to join our finance team. This role is responsible for daily tax invoicing, invoice information management, tax declaration and tax policy tracking for the Brazil subsidiary of a leading Chinese automobile brand, ensuring all tax-related work is completed accurately and in compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily tax invoicing in accordance with Brazilian tax laws and company requirements.
• Complete invoice information sorting, verification, filing and archiving work.
• Be in charge of tax declaration execution, including data preparation, declaration submission and tax payment follow-up.
• Collect, track and sort out the latest Brazilian tax policies and regulations.
• Maintain tax records, ledgers and related documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Cooperate with internal teams and external tax authorities to handle daily tax compliance matters.
• Complete other tax-related daily work assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance or related fields.
• 1–3 years of relevant tax working experience in car sales company, familiar with tax operation processes in Brazil.
• Familiar with local tax invoicing management and tax declaration requirements.
• Experienced in using Tax One system.
• Proficient in English working communication.
• Skilled in using office software and SAP systems.
• Good compliance awareness, execution ability and teamwork spirit.
