💼 Senior Operations Data Analyst

We are hiring for a leading US-based luxury resale and eCommerce company transforming how high-end fashion is bought and sold globally.

We are looking for a Senior Operations Data Analyst with a strong analytics mindset, solid SQL expertise, and proven experience working closely with business teams. This is a high-impact role focused on operational performance, business clarity, and strategic decision-making.

🎯 About the Role

You will deliver quantitative insights to support our Operations organization, partnering closely with teams across:

• Inventory
• Logistics
• Retail
• Customer Service
• Tech & Finance

This is a business-focused analytics role, not pure research or advanced modeling. The day-to-day work includes:

• Explaining performance changes (“why did this move?”)
• Turning open-ended business questions into structured analysis
• Designing and defining KPIs
• Measuring operational efficiency across receiving, authentication, launch, and outbound workflows
• Translating business needs into technical solutions

🛠 Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics experience
• Strong intermediate-to-advanced SQL skills (analyst-level proficiency required)
• 3+ years of experience with BI tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Proven ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
• Experience leading time-sensitive strategic projects (methodology, analysis, recommendations, executive presentation)
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments

• eCommerce or logistics industry experience
• Experience working directly with operations teams
