We are looking for Copilot Specialist who wants to learn and transform his career.

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced English
• Experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Microsoft AI technologies.
• Proven expertise in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent copilots using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry/Studio for building, managing, and deploying AI models and applications, including Azure OpenAI Service.
• Deep understanding and practical application of prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance AI model accuracy and contextual relevance in M365 Copilot chat.
• Proficiency in integrating Microsoft Copilot with Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) and enterprise systems using Microsoft Graph API, connectors, and plugins.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with the broader Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for low-code/no-code AI solution development and workflow automation.
• Experience in data management, data preparation, and building robust data pipelines for AI/ML workloads on Azure.
• Understanding of AI orchestration, governance, compliance, security best practices, and responsible AI principles in enterprise environments.
• Prior experience with other enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Google Gemini) and an understanding of AI migration strategies.
• Experience with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions, telemetry dashboards, and monitoring tools.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals).
