PM Digital is The full-funnel CRO & Performance agency for 7, 8, and 9-figure DTC brands. We optimise & fix entire funnels. Our focus is increasing profitability for ecommerce brands and you are part of this through the CRO split testing and Shopify development for our client stores.

About the Role

We're looking for a CRO & Shopify Developer to join one of our pods. You'll work alongside CRO strategists, designers, and copywriters to build high-converting landing pages, implement A/B tests, and bring Figma designs to life in Shopify.

This isn't a "fix bugs and update plugins" role. You'll be building conversion-focused pages from scratch, implementing split tests, and directly impacting revenue for DTC brands spending serious money on paid acquisition.

What You'll Do

• Build landing pages, PDPs, and funnel pages in Shopify based on Figma designs
• Implement A/B and multivariate tests using Convert.com and Intelligems
• Set up price testing, offer testing, and bundle experiments via Intelligems
• Work within our internal app and processes to ship work on time
• Translate designer and strategist intent into pixel-perfect, fast-loading pages
• Ensure all builds are mobile-first, performance-optimised, and QA'd before launch
• Collaborate daily with your pod (CRO strategist, designer, copywriter)
• Flag technical limitations or opportunities early — don't wait until it's a problem
• Document your work clearly so others can maintain and iterate on it

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years Shopify development experience (themes, Liquid, custom sections)
• ADVANCED use of AI Within your development workflow. Speed is key.
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript — you can build from scratch, not just edit templates
• Experience turning Figma designs into production-ready Shopify pages
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (Intelligems, Convert.com, or similar)
• Understanding of page speed optimisation and Core Web Vitals
• Comfortable working async in a remote team across time zones
• Strong written communication, you'll be working with non-developers daily
• Attention to detail, sloppy work doesn't ship
• Strong AI Use case to speed up time to delivery
