Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels regarding accounts, trading, payments, etc.
- Assist customers with KYC verification, account security setup, and dispute resolution.
- Accurately document and escalate customer issues, collaborating with technical teams for complex cases.
- Stay updated on futures trading rules and promptly communicate platform announcements/risk alerts (training provided).
- Adapt to shift schedules (if required) to ensure coverage during target market hours.
- Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts.
Requirements
- Have an online customer support experience, and proficiency in tools like Zendesk/LiveChat.
- Fast learner, able to master derivatives trading terminology quickly.
- Patient, resilient, and skilled in de-escalating high-tension situations.
- Familiarity with Brazilian/Portuguese user communication styles; finance or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
