Yep—you read that right. Dingus & Zazzy is expanding, and we’re on the hunt for a versatile, design-driven Webflow + WordPress expert who can take a website from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do

• Design visually engaging websites using UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and performance guidelines in Figma.
• Develop approved designs into fully-built, functional websites using Webflow and WordPress.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and full website designs that align with user needs and client goals.
• Use AI tools (Gemini, Claude) for web design, development, and prototyping.
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure flawless execution.
• Customize, refine, and optimize websites based on client feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with digital design trends, tools, and new Figma/Webflow/WordPress capabilities.
• Troubleshoot design-related issues and ensure smooth handoff and deployment.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of professional experience designing using Figma AND developing websites using Webflow and WordPress.
• A strong portfolio showcasing web design, UX/UI work, prototypes, and completed builds.
• Proficiency in wireframing tools and design platforms (Figma, XD, Sketch, etc.).
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with site performance optimization and SEO-friendly design practices.
• Ability to work effectively within a fully remote team.
• Strong communication skills—you can articulate design decisions clearly.
• Close attention to detail and a passion for creating elevated digital experiences.

Bonus Points

• Experience with animations or micro-interactions in Webflow.
• Familiarity with brand identity or graphic design.
• Experience working in fast-paced agency settings.

Work Details

• Hours: 9 A.M. – 5 P.M. MST, Monday to Friday
• Requires a working level of written and spoken English
