Role Description

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions, providing technical support for AI-driven systems, and troubleshooting issues. The individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges, enhance existing systems, and ensure optimal system functionality. Strong analytical capabilities and effective communication will be critical in delivering seamless solutions.

Qualifications

• GHL: sub-accounts, custom fields, pipelines, calendars, conversations
• Workflows & automations, Custom Code Action (JS), webhooks
• E-commerce in GHL: products, order forms, payment gateways (Stripe)
• Funnels, Page Builder
• Snapshots: create, load, update
• Affiliate Manager: campaigns, commissions, payouts
• A2P 10DLC & Toll-Free submission and troubleshooting
• GHL API v2: OAuth, webhooks, rate limits
• Backend: Node.js (Express/Nest)
• Frontend: React
• AI support: prompt engineering, RAG, escalation rules, empathetic tone
• Detail-oriented, clear written English
• Peptides experience a plus
