Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for various platforms, including digital, print, social media, and branding.
• Use AI tools and design software to streamline the design process, generate ideas, and automate repetitive tasks, ensuring fresh and innovative results.
• Use AI tools (Nanobanana, Freepik AI, Magic Canva Studio) to generate engaging videos and simple animations for social media.
• Editing videos and creating simple animations for social media use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, etc.) to deliver high-quality design solutions that align with brand guidelines and project goals.
• Work on design projects from start to finish, ensuring designs are on-brand, on-time, and meet all requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and AI technologies to keep your work innovative and relevant.
• Edit and optimize designs for various media, ensuring the best quality and user experience across devices.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing your skills in visual design, creativity, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere), Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs (PowerPoint and Word)
• Experience working with video editing tools like Premiere, CapCut, and Canva.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Nanobanana, Midjourney, Firefly, Freepik AI, Claude, etc.) and an eagerness to explore new AI technologies.
• Understanding of digital design principles for social media, websites, and other online platforms.
• Understanding of small-scale and large-scale print materials (such as business cards, flyers, menus, conference collateral, merchandise, banners, backdrops, etc.)
• Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• A working level of written and spoken English
