Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders in Brazil, supporting organizational growth and business performance
• Serve as a key liaison between Brazil operations and headquarters in China, ensuring alignment on HR policies, processes, and strategic initiatives
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and talent pipeline development for critical commercial and operational roles
• Drive employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and offboarding
• Provide guidance on Brazilian labor law, ensuring full compliance with local regulations while aligning with global standards
• Support compensation and benefits processes, including benchmarking, budgeting, and annual review cycles
• Partner with leadership on organizational design, capability building, and team effectiveness
• Manage employee relations topics with cultural awareness and professionalism
• Facilitate cross-cultural communication and support localization of global HR policies in the Brazilian context
• Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to implement HR programs and continuous improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience, with solid experience in an HRBP or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor law and HR practices
• Experience working in multinational companies or cross-cultural environments is highly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across different time zones and cultures
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Mandarin is a strong plus
