In a culture built on continuous improvement and disruption, the intern will support the Dispatch team by helping to structure key indicators and processes that elevate the food delivery industry in Brazil. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to governance initiatives and impact the sector’s results while growing with a company dedicated to meaningful global change.

Location: 100% on site - Morumbi, SP

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update management reports to monitor performance and key results;
• Support the governance and tracking of KPIs within the Innovation team;
• Map operational routines and assist in identifying process improvement opportunities;
• Provide analytical and strategic support to internal stakeholders, particularly the Dispatch team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration;
• English proficiency required;
• No prior professional experience required — we are looking for high-potential early-career talent.
• Resilience: Ability to adapt and navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong communication skills: Ability to interact clearly and effectively with different teams and stakeholders;
• Critical thinking: Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills;
• Entrepreneurial mindset: Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of data analysis and programming tools, such as Excel, SQL, and Python.
