We are looking for an Integration Developer (Mid-level or Senior) – TIBCO to work on banking sector projects , focused on integrating core systems, digital channels, and internal platforms.

The professional will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and evolution of integration services, ensuring efficient communication between different systems within the banking ecosystem.

💼 Integration Developer – TIBCO (Mid-level / Senior)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain integration services using TIBCO BusinessWorks
• Implement integration flows between core banking systems, internal platforms, and external services
• Manage enterprise messaging using TIBCO EMS or JMS-based technologies
• Develop and implement integration APIs and services (REST / SOAP)
• Perform data transformations between systems (XML, JSON, XSD)
• Participate in technical analysis of requirements and integration solution design
• Collaborate with architecture, development, and operations teams
• Support, maintain, and improve existing integrations
• Document integration developments and workflows

💻 Technical Requirements

Experience:

• Experience in integration development / Experience in integration projects
• Experience in banking or financial sector projects is a plus
• TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5 / BW6)
• TIBCO EMS or JMS-based messaging
• Enterprise systems integration
• SOA architecture
• REST APIs, SOAP Web Services
• WSDL handling, XML
• JSON
• XSD
• Message transformations
• Java (basic/intermediate level), SQL, Experience with relational databases ( Oracle, SQL Server, or similar ), Git
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins or similar)

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with banking integration architectures
• Knowledge of API Management
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms
• Knowledge of microservices
• Experience with Docker or cloud environments

🌎 Languages

• Technical English for documentation reading

Availability for hybrid work (up to 3 days per week onsite in the Morumbi region).
