The Role We're hiring a Junior Data Analyst to join our growth and product analytics team. This is an entry-level role designed for recent graduates or early-career analysts who want to learn from a senior global team and work on real, high-impact business problems from day one.

You'll help us understand how millions of users discover, subscribe to, and engage with our products, and your analysis will directly influence product and marketing decisions.

What You'll Do

• Build dashboards and reports in BigQuery, Looker, and Metabase to track product, marketing, and revenue metrics
• Analyze user behavior, subscription funnels, and marketing campaign performance
• Partner with product managers, marketers, and engineers to answer business questions with data
• Document findings clearly and present insights to a global team
• Learn modern data stack tools and grow into a senior analyst over time

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in final year) in a quantitative or analytical field: Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or similar
• Solid SQL fundamentals (we'll test this) or strong willingness to master SQL within the first weeks
• Comfort with spreadsheets and basic data manipulation
• Strong written English; comfortable communicating findings clearly in writing
• Curious, analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Internship experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, or consulting
• Familiarity with Python, R, BigQuery, Looker, Tableau, or Metabase
• Coursework or projects in statistics, A/B testing, or experimentation
• Interest in consumer apps, subscription business models, or growth marketing
