Position Title: Logistics Analyst
Location: Indaiatuba - Brazil
Reports To: Logistics Coordinator / IT Coordinator
Position Type: Full-Time on-site
Position Summary:
The Logistics Analyst will be responsible to support the system, operation and projects. This role requires an overall understanding of logistics processes and information technology, with the ability to effectively support logistics operating systems to ensure efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Management and Maintenance:
• Perform daily monitoring and basic maintenance of logistics systems (e.g., WMS, TMS) to ensure stable operation.
• Open, track, and follow up on system tickets with internal IT teams
• Identify system issues, perform first-level troubleshooting, and support resolution until closure.
• Support system testing related to fixes, changes, or minor enhancements.
2. User Support and Training:
• Provide day-to-day technical and functional support to system users.
• Diagnose user issues related to system usage, data, or process execution.
• Create, update, and maintain system operation manuals and quick-reference guides.
• Support user training sessions and clarify standard operating procedures when needed.
3. Data Management and Basic Analysis:
• Extract, validate, and analyze data from logistics systems to support operational needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper system usage.
• Support reporting activities using tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
4. Continuous Improvement and Root Cause Analysis:
• Apply basic Lean and structured problem-solving tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa/Fishbone, Pareto, ABC analysis) to support root cause analysis of recurring system or operational issues.
• Assist in identifying improvement opportunities based on incident patterns, system data, and user feedback.
• Support improvement initiatives and small projects led by the Logistics or IT team.
5. Compliance and Security:
• Support compliance with company policies, system access rules, and data security requirements.
• Follow established procedures related to system changes, user access, and data privacy.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field (completed or in progress).
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience supporting logistics systems (WMS, TMS, or similar).
• Experience with ticketing systems and interaction with IT teams or system vendors.
• Good knowledge of Excel; basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Lean problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto, ABC).
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Planning).
• Strong learning ability and hands-on problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with logistics processes and warehouse operations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in speaking English is mandatory.
