Overview of the role

The Logistics Analyst position involves managing logistics processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and cost-effectiveness in hardware acquisitions while leveraging data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. This role requires navigating through an evolving technology landscape as you interact with most areas of the company to meet their hardware needs. You'll build strong relationships with supply chain partners, drive cost reduction and service improvements, while ensuring a reliable and efficient hardware network across the organization.

Key responsibilities

- Processing shipping requests through Jira.

- Updating SAP for inventory management.

- Managing hardware requests, warranties, and renewals.

- Analyzing assigned inventory through SAP and Jira.

- Creating retrieval requests.

Requirements

- Logistics Experience: 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or procurement roles.

- Asset Management: Background in roles managing hardware, physical assets, or inventory.

- System Experience: Experience working with ticketing systems or operational workflows.

- Spreadsheet Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

- International Coordination: Experience coordinating international shipments and courier services.

- Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.

Additional skills preferred

- Industry Background: Experience in the IT industry or tech companies.

- Global Teams: Background working with global teams or distributed organizations.

- Hardware Lifecycle: Experience managing hardware lifecycle from procurement through shipping to retrieval.
