We are looking for an experienced Change Specialist to join our SAP S/4HANA implementation program. This role is key to ensuring successful user adoption by leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Training activities across the end-to-end project lifecycle.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and project leadership to drive readiness, engagement, and sustainable change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Change Management lead within SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (end-to-end)
• Define and execute the OCM strategy aligned with project milestones
• Conduct and document:
• Stakeholder Analysis
• Change Impact Assessments
• Change Readiness Assessments
• Change Network setup and enablement
• Plan and drive Change Adoption and Sustainment activities
• Lead training strategy , including planning, coordination, and execution
• Develop and oversee training content (presentations, user guides, quick references, e-learning materials)
• Perform Gap Validation as follow-up to business and solution design workshops
• Support leaders, key users, and business teams during transition
• Identify change-related risks and define mitigation actions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Organizational Change Management (OCM)
• Strong understanding of Change Management and Training processes
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects
• Experience creating and managing training materials and learning paths
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate technical SAP changes into business and people impacts
• English fluency (additional languages are a plus)

Nice to Have:

• Change Management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or similar)
• Experience with global SAP rollouts
• Background in large transformation or digital transformation programs
