We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Technical Consultant to design, develop, integrate, and support Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud solutions.

The role involves working closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions using EPM integrations, business rules, data management, reporting tools, and automation frameworks .

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud technical tools and architecture , along with proven experience delivering end-to-end implementations and post-production support .

️ Key Responsibilities

Technical Development & Configuration

Develop and maintain:

• Business Rules / Calculation Scripts
• Data Management & Data Integration processes
• Metadata management and dimension hierarchies
• Automation scripts and technical frameworks to improve delivery efficiency

Perform data loads, transformations, and migrations across environments .

Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis .

Integrations

Design and implement integrations using:

• EPM Data Integration / Data Management
• REST APIs
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• SFTP-based inbound/outbound interfaces

Integrate EPM with ERP systems (Oracle ERP, SAP, or other financial systems) .

Monitor, debug, and optimize integrations.

Reporting & Analytics

Develop operational and financial reports using:

• Smart View
• Financial Reporting
• Management Reporting
• Ad-hoc reporting tools

Ensure data accuracy, reporting performance, and consistency across financial reports .

Security & Data Management

Configure and troubleshoot:

• Access roles and security groups
• User provisioning
• Application security settings

Ensure data governance, financial control, and compliance standards .

Implementation & Support

Participate in:

• Requirement analysis
• Technical design
• Build, testing, and deployment
• Cutover and go-live support

Provide post-production support, issue resolution, and system enhancements .

Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer .

Collaboration

Work closely with:

• Functional consultants
• Finance stakeholders
• Project managers
• Offshore/onshore teams

Mentor junior resources when required.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Mandatory Skills

• 6–8 years of IT experience with 4+ years in Oracle EPM Cloud technical roles
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Oracle EPM Planning / EPBCS / FCCS
• Business Rules / Calculation Scripts
• Data Integration / Data Management
• Smart View and Financial Reporting
• Experience integrating EPM with ERP systems
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementation
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• SQL knowledge for data validation and analysis
