The Planning Coordinator is responsible for co-ordination and execution of all activities related to the demand planning, converting the output of Customers orders or Forecast demand into material requirements to ensure availability of the right quantity in the assertive date when needed. The coordinator needs to monitor all inventory levels to ensure timely delivery and maintain all metrics for performance and achieve all business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the team who will analyze demand and ensure the operation of the MRP according to business needs.
• Deploy the strategy defined into operational activities.
• Development and implementation of inventory process disciplines including management of inventory levels.
• Increase just in time culture.
• Develop and analyze inventory and material requirement plan inputs and outputs and provide resolutions or mitigation plan.
• Define and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Directly or through manager, ensures achievement of company goals and objectives.
• Monitor performance of the department, including developing, analyzing, and reporting KPIs and identifying issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepares and presents reports, as needed, to track department and organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or a related position.
• Experience in ERP ORACLE/SAP.
• Advanced English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of supply chain management
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in VBA macro and Power Query.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Degree in engineering, logistics, inventory management, or a related field preferred.
