We are looking for Quality Application Support Engineer who wants to learn and transform his career.

Mandatory Skills :

• Lab Instruments: TOC, Bioanalyzers, Spectramax/SoftMax.
• Enterprise Systems : Chromeleon, SDMS, MODA, LabVantage LIMS, LabX, Veeva, KNEAT .
• ServiceNow , electronic validation platforms, laboratory data connectivity.
• System administration responsibilities in a multi-system environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in
• cross-functional teams.
• Experience with QMS for change management, deviations, and CAPAs.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, or machine learning platforms is a plus.
• Demonstrated adaptability and collaboration within matrixed, fast-paced organizations.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• A desire to make an impact as part of a high-growth, transformational company that is Bold,
• Relentless, Curious, and Collaborative.
• Experience working with laboratory instrumentation connectivity and data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support for Enterprise and Lab/Benchtop computerized systems in QC labs.
• Serve as the first point of contact for user incident tickets and ensure effective communication with business stakeholders.
• Lead or participate in the incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of resolutions.
• Manage system access provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Author and execute Periodic Reviews; review those completed by other SMEs.
• Collaborate with IT, QA, and Validation teams to support system validation, upgrades, and break/fix activities.
• Support evaluation and implementation of product enhancements based on system usage data and ticket trends.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory expectations across all activities.
• This position will require working in shift as per US EST 8am-5pm timeframe.
