We’re looking for a Senior Python Engineer to build and scale AI-powered products that move beyond experimentation into real-world impact. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering and machine learning , owning the full lifecycle — from prototyping to production.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end ML/AI services
• Develop scalable, cloud-native architectures on GCP (Cloud Run, Kubernetes, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions)
• Integrate LLMs & transformer models into production pipelines (prompt engineering, inference, error handling)
• Build robust Python backends and client-facing APIs (REST/gRPC)
• Lead architecture decisions and drive projects from concept to delivery
• Apply best practices: CI/CD, testing, observability, infrastructure-as-code

Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)

• 6+ years in backend/full-stack engineering (Python-focused)
• Strong experience with cloud-native development (GCP preferred)
• Expertise in microservices, event-driven systems, and APIs
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures
• Solid understanding of software design principles (SOLID)
• Strong collaboration and communication in cross-functional teams

➕ Nice to Have (Not mandatory)

• Experience deploying ML models / LLMs in production
• Knowledge of RAG, vector search, prompt engineering
• Familiarity with LangChain or similar frameworks
• Experience with Terraform/Pulumi and CI/CD pipelines
