About the Role

We’re building a talent pool for Senior React Native Engineers . This pipeline role is for engineers with strong experience, skilled in building high-performance, scalable mobile systems , and following best practices for architecture, performance, and maintainability.

What You’ll Do

- Build and maintain high-performance mobile apps using React Native and TypeScript.

- Design app architecture and manage state, navigation, and offline workflows.

- Integrate native iOS/Android modules and platform-specific features.

- Optimize performance and ensure maintainable, secure code.

- Collaborate with backend and product teams, contributing to technical decisions and releases.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of React Native experience.

- Strong proficiency TypeScript and modern state management libraries ( Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or equivalent ).

- Deep understanding of mobile app architecture : navigation, performance tuning, offline-first workflows, and background tasks.

- Experience with native iOS/Android modules (bridging, push notifications, secure storage).

- Proven ability to design and deliver apps that meet security and compliance standards (secure data storage, encryption, RBAC).

- Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile and release processes for App Store/Google Play.

- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate across backend, DevOps, and product teams.

- Prior experience contributing to technical decision-making and architecture discussions.

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with GCP, Firebase, or mobile analytics frameworks.

- Experience building cross-platform libraries or contributing to open-source React Native projects.

- Hands-on work with GraphQL and secure API integrations.

- Understanding of mobile accessibility (WCAG) and performance monitoring tools.
