Senior Video Editor ( Job id: 22748717)

You’ll be the lead editor across multiple creator and brand projects. The primary focus is a recurring live dating show format filmed in front of a live audience — approximately 90 minutes, filmed with 4 cameras, edited into a 45-60 minute hero video plus 4-5 short-form cutdowns. Beyond this, you’ll edit long-form YouTube content, short-form brand and creator videos, fitness content, social-first reels, and campaign pieces for clients across a range of industries and platforms.

• Edit long-form content (45-60 min) from unscripted, multi-camera live footage. Build narrative, manage pacing, create hooks
• Cut short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn — platform-native edits with hooks, captions, and pacing
• Sync and assemble multicam footage (4 camera angles) from live events
• Sound design and colour grade to a broadcast-ready standard
• Edit across a variety of content types: creator, brand partnership, fitness, talking head, social-first, and event content
• Work within DaVinci Resolve shared project environments where possible, so timelines are accessible to the wider team
• Use AI tools (specifically Higgsfield) for short-form content workflows where appropriate

• Strong long-form editing skills (15+ min). You understand pacing, retention, hooks, and storytelling from raw unscripted material. Show us your best work
• Strong short-form editing instinct. You know what makes someone stop scrolling. Platform-native editing for vertical and horizontal formats
• DaVinci Resolve proficiency is strongly preferred. Shared project experience is a major plus. Not a dealbreaker, but a significant advantage
• Multicam editing experience is a bonus, ideally from live events, reality TV, or unscripted formats
• Competent sound design and colour grading. Your grades should be clean and your audio broadcast-ready
• Self-directed. You can take a rough brief and deliver a polished first cut without needing frame-by-frame instructions
• Reliable. You deliver when you say you will. If something changes, you communicate before the deadline, not after
• Open to AI-assisted workflows. Specifically Higgsfield for short-form content. You don’t need to be an expert, but you need to be curious
• Politically impartial and professional. ONDA works with clients across a range of industries, causes, and viewpoints. This role requires a professional, unbiased approach to all content — the work is the work, regardless of subject matter

HOURS: Part-time (roughly 30 hours per week)

RATE: Competitive monthly retainer, based on experience and portfolio strength

LOCATION: Fully remote. Any timezone. Deadlines are the measure, not hours

SOFTWARE: DaVinci Resolve strongly preferred
