Working Location: Dona Francisca Street, number 8300, complement block O3, ZIP 89219-600, North industrial district, Joinville, Santa Catarina, Brazil

Responsibility:

1.Provide on spot injection machine failures diagnose and troubleshooting (Define problem, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and provide possible solution) and carry out machine corrective heavior such as parts replacements，software updates or electrical connection，ect. 2.Provide injection molding machines setup and commissioning at clients’ plants 3. Install or repair auxilarieis，such as linear robot, hopper dryer, auto-load, chiller, and related software, and control systems. 4. Provide prompt remote diagnose and service solution for machine service via via phone, email or instant message app. And keep a service record. 5.Provide customer training for operation and mantainence

6.Provide after-sales service and technical training for customers and agents, including but not limited to equipment safety, operation, maintenance, plastic raw materials and molding process training. 7. For all above service work to clients, collect reports such as commisssion reports,repair reports or training reports with client‘s signature and provide to company service department，on time information filling at CRM system 8. Install mold on injection machines and peform test as work need or customer need. 9. Provide Field support to company' s public events, such as Exhibition , open days or seminar, including demo machine setup&comisssioning ,mold test, domestration running ect. 10. Able to make Internatioanl travel to other south American countries for machine service purpose as company requested. 11.Follow company system to order replacement parts as service need

12.Follow company's procedures and safety policies to complete above work.

13.Translate English service files into local languages if necessary.

Requirements:

1.Education:

- College or bachelor degree;

- Major in mechanical manufacturing, electric engineering, automation or plastic material or equal;

- Other education background but more than 3 years’ experience in injection molding machine design, after-sales service or maintenance.

2.Background：

- 2 years service work or technical support work experience in injection molding machine industry or related industry.

3.Abilities：

- Fluent English as working language;

- Driver licens for car;

- Extensive knowledge in the trouble shooting and repairing of injection molding machines, covering all aspects including controls, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems;

- Ability to use computers, email systems, basic Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Powerpoint;

- Ability to understand mechanical drawings, electrical and hydraulic schematics.
