Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct online live and offline practical training for the target language, ensuring training plans are executed on schedule.
2. Develop, translate, and proofread courseware for the target language.
3. Evaluate training effectiveness, collect and analyze trainee feedback, and improve service training satisfaction.
4. Establish and manage training sites.
5. Compile fault cases and enhance fault case courseware.
6. Gather training needs from clients in target countries and develop training schedules and program plans.

Qualifications:

1. Work Experience: Over 5 years of experience in after-sales service and maintenance of aerial work machinery. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in product training for aerial work machinery.
2. Language Skills: Proficiency in one of the following target languages (German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian), with fluent oral expression and written communication skills. English proficiency should meet daily work requirements.
3. Other Requirements: Ability to adapt to business travel and respond quickly to customer needs.
