Our client is seeking a Social Media Growth Strategist to lead and execute high-performance growth initiatives for their Instagram presence. This role is focused on scaling audience growth through data-driven strategies, performance analysis, and systematic content experimentation. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of rapidly scaling Instagram accounts, understands platform algorithms deeply, and uses analytics, testing, and optimization to consistently drive follower growth and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven Instagram growth strategies aimed at scaling the account by 5,000+ followers per month.
• Analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize content strategy, timing, and format.
• Design and run content experiments (hooks, formats, topics, posting cadence) to identify scalable growth patterns.
• Use AI tools and analytics platforms to generate insights, content ideas, and performance improvements.
• Oversee and manage the content publishing pipeline, ensuring consistent and strategic posting.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and content creators to produce high-performing Reels, carousels, and short-form content.
• Repurpose and adapt content across platforms (Instagram, X, and others) to maximize reach.
• Monitor trends, algorithm updates, and competitive accounts to identify new growth opportunities.
• Track KPIs and report on growth metrics, engagement rates, and audience acquisition performance.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience scaling Instagram accounts with measurable results.
• Demonstrated ability to grow accounts by 5K+ followers per month or more through organic strategies.
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, Reels optimization, virality mechanics, and audience growth tactics.
• Experience using data and analytics to guide content and growth strategy.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools for ideation, research, and content production workflows.
• Highly organized with strong execution and performance tracking skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing high-growth or influencer-level social media accounts.
• Experience with A/B testing content strategies and viral content frameworks.
• Background in multimedia content production or creative direction.
