Job Responsibilities:

1. HR solution: Design, integrate, implement, and evaluate human resource modules, procedures, and structures.
2. Talent Development: Design and implement effective training and development plans.
3. Recruitment: Identify the company's hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
4. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
5. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process & Perform reference checks as need.
6. Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Work Experience

A minimum of 3+year’s proven experience in similar role.

Experience and Knowledge Skills Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of Local labor legislation and payroll processes.
2. Good understanding of the full recruitment process & Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
3. Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
4. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
5. Experience in information technology or telecommunication technology industry.
6. 4. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in Chinese, English and Spanish
