UI/UX Designer

Full-Time | Brazil (Hybrid) | Mid–Senior Level

About the Role

We build technology products for companies that are reshaping how industries operate. Our design team sits at the intersection of product strategy, engineering, and user research, and the work we do ships to real users.

This is not a purely visual design role. Designers here influence product direction, collaborate closely with engineers and product leaders, and help define how complex systems should actually work.

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can move fluidly between ambiguous discovery work and pixel-precise execution. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to design experiences that are strategically sound and deeply usable.

What You'll Do

• Own design end-to-end for one or more product workstreams, from research and wireframes through final developer handoff

• Facilitate discovery sessions with clients and internal teams to clarify problems before jumping into solutions

• Produce high-fidelity prototypes and detailed design specifications that engineers can build from with minimal iteration

• Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable design improvements

• Contribute to and help maintain shared design systems across multiple products

• Present design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including client leadership

• Collaborate with product managers to define success metrics for design decisions and evaluate outcomes after launch

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Experience

• 3+ years of product design experience, ideally within a startup, consultancy, or fast-paced product environment

• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and problem solving, not just visual design

• Advanced proficiency with Figma including components, auto-layout, variables, and interactive prototyping

• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms with awareness of technical constraints

• Ability to communicate design decisions in terms of user impact and business value

• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments where problems are not fully defined

Nice to Have

• Experience designing products for enterprise or B2B users

• Familiarity with front-end development concepts such as HTML, CSS, or React fundamentals

• Experience with service design or end-to-end journey mapping for complex products

• Experience building or scaling a design system from the ground up
