VP of Engineering – AI Platform (São Paulo, Brazil)

We’re supporting a global technology company looking for a senior engineering leader to help shape the next generation of their tax / agentic finance platform.

The product portfolio already generates ~$100M+ ARR and serves enterprise customers globally.

The mandate is to modernise the platform and help define how AI capabilities are embedded into the product as the category evolves. This is a role for an AI-fluent engineering leader who can combine strong architectural credibility with the ability to lead a large engineering organization.

The Mandate

You will:

• Lead and grow a ~100 person engineering organization in Brazil

• Own a large enterprise product portfolio at scale

• Drive platform modernisation across cloud, architecture, and AI-enabled capabilities

• Help shape the technical direction for AI within the product suite

• Partner closely with product leadership and global stakeholders

The Profile

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Strong engineering leadership and architectural credibility

• Experience leading large teams through technical transformation

• Fluency in modern AI engineering concepts and how they influence product direction

• Background in complex B2B / enterprise software environments

Location: São Paulo (Hybrid – 3x per week)

Compensation: Competitive for the Brazilian market with annual bonus + long-term RSU annually
